Field Cleanup : A new tool for Applicants/Inventors fields

Matheo Patent now integrates the Cleanup Field option.
This option is a semi automated process for the homogenization of the Applicants and Inventors fields.
The user can correct rapidly the multiple spelling of companies and inventors names.

Multi-User system !

Matheo Patent v9.4 allows a multi user mode. In this mode users can share information on the result of their requests. The Matheo Patent user mode is based on a shared private directory, the Common Directory, containing the user requests.
The Administrator manages the user rights (read/modify/delete).
Three types of users are proposed in Matheo Patent multi user mode: Administrator, Advanced User and Single User.
